submit your photos for $25 gift card2011 has been an important year for our new, growing company!  We have made, what we believe to be incredible improvements to our web site, many of which were based on customer feedback and questions.  Our goal is to provide the most informative and user-friendly web site available in our industry, and we will continue to work toward this goal in 2012, as well as the years to follow.

The biggest part of our recent improvements is centered on providing actual customer photos of our installed railing systems.  We would like to ask our customers to submit up to five installed images, for which we will send a $25 Visa gift card for rights of use.  They do not need to be professional photos!

We would like to also offer to provide a permanent link to your company web site (for corporate/contractor purchases) from ours.  Railing-Designs.com receives more than 3,000 unique visitors per month, with 10,000 page views!  Corporate/contractor purchasers, please be sure to send your complete company information and web site address.  We will be pleased to link directly to your home page, or any deep link page you choose.

If you are interested in taking part, please send the installed photos of your choice to us via e-mail, at info@railing-designs.com.  Please type "Photo Submission" in the subject line, so we are sure to see your submission.  Once received, if we decide to use your photos, we will notify you, and send your $25 gift card!

Please note that any photos submitted will become the property of Modular Handrail Designs, LLC, and may be used on our web site, as well as any other online or printed advertising materials we choose.
 
 

Terms & Conditions:
Entrants must be 18 years or older.

Each entrant may provide up to five photographs.

Please provide your name, company name (if applicable), location, and any additional information you wish about your photo.  Entrants must provide contact information, so they may be reached regarding their entry.  Please include mailing address, and e-mail address.

Your personal and contact information will NOT be shared, rented, or sold, and will only be used to contact you regarding your contest entry.  Your e-mail will NOT be added to any mailing lists maintained by us or any other entity.

Digital submissions must be sent in the highest resolution possible, and the file size should not exceed 5MB.  Please submit electronic .jpg or .tif files to us at: info@railing-designs.com.

Your e-mailed submission subject line should read: "Photo Submission".

Color print submissions may be provided either by USPS Mail, or by UPS Ground, and should be addressed as follows:

Color print submissions will NOT be returned to entrants.

Legal:
Original authors will retain full copyright of submitted photographs, and Modular Handrail Designs, LLC will have rights of use for any photo received for the purpose of entering this contest.  All photo entries may be used, in whole or part, at the company's discretion on any current or future online and/or print marketing materials.

Any submissions deemed fraudulent by Modular Handrail Designs, LLC, or any other person or entity, may be disqualified without further notification.  Any entrant submitting copyrighted materials, not expressly owned by the entrant, may be held responsible for copyright infringement by the rightful owner of said materials.  Modular Handrail Designs, LLC is not responsible for fraudulent submissions, and may not seek proven copyrights from all entrants.

Errors & Omissions:
During the execution of this contest, Modular Handrail Designs, LLC will make all possible efforts to provide correct information, printed or electronic, regarding submitted photographs and their original authors.  We are not responsible for typographical errors, or other errors and omissions.  We will correct or note corrections of such errors at our discretion.

By entering your photos, you certify that you have read and agree to all preceding rules and regulations, and that you and/or your company adhere to all applicable rules and requirements for lawfully entering photos for use.
